Emails in Gravity Forms are customizable in the 'Notifications' editor.
By default most of the forms on UMW.EDU are automatically created using the site's "admin" email address - which is almost always If this isn't changed, all of the notifications from the form will be sent to the web team instead of the intended recipient.

To correct this problem, go to Forms > Edit > Form Settings > Notifications > Admin Notification> change anything with {admin_email} to be the email address for the intended recipient.
